FBI FD-258 Cards:
The FD-258 is the standard FBI fingerprint card utilized for applicant and background checks across a wide range of industries and requirements, including concealed carry licenses, education, healthcare, insurance, vehicle dealer licensing, security, finance, and more.
Simply put, the card is filled out with your required information, after which your fingers are inked and rolled onto the designated areas. Once complete, clients submit the finished cards directly to the requesting person or agency.

While we take every precaution to ensure high-quality prints, fingerprint cards can occasionally be rejected by processing agencies for various reasons. Should this occur:

We will travel back to your location and provide a second fingerprinting session completely free of charge, provided the appointment takes place within 60 days of your initial visit and a copy of the official rejection letter is provided.

In the rare event of a second rejection, you will be charged half price of the original service cost.
