  We charge a flat rate for our notary service.

• Can you serve as a witness for my document?
  In certain circumstances, yes. We may be able to serve as a witness when permitted and when there is no conflict with our role as the notary. Please let us know in advance if your document requires witnesses.

  Yes. We can notarize signatures on Power of Attorney documents, as well as many other types of documents, provided all applicable notarization requirements are met.

• Do you provide Loan Signing Services for real estate documents?
  Yes. We provide professional mobile Loan Signing Services for various real estate and loan-related documents.

• Do you provide ink or electronic fingerprinting?
  We currently provide ink fingerprinting services only. Please contact us regarding your specific fingerprinting requirements.

  We generally accept cash and Zelle. Please confirm your preferred payment method when scheduling your appointment.

• Do you provide receipts?
  Yes. A receipt can be provided upon request.

• Are you commissioned Notaries Public?
  Yes. Our notarial services are performed by duly commissioned Notaries Public.

  Yes. We travel to private residences, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, offices, and other locations where our clients require service.
